There are things known and things unknown
and in between there are doors. ~ Jim Morrison.
I'm fascinated by the many doors of New Mexico:
"If it doesn't open, it's not your door" ~ Anonymous.
I feel that the doorside adornments
reflect the personality of inhabitants.
I love these warm and welcoming Ristras (strings of chile peppers):
"The doors will be opened to those brave enough to knock".
~ Author Unknown.
I believe that doors are openings to the soul of the home.
Coyote Fences are common in the southwest,
they are built of Pinon trees.
Fences, they say, make good neighbors.
"The will to win, the desire to succeed,
the urge to reach your full potential .... these are the keys that will unlock the door to personal excellence". ~ Confucius.
